Orca Bowl/PreWorlds (WCSS #4)

Don Jesberg and the Corinthian team Viva won the 2005 Orca Bowl.

The Orca Bowl is the final stop on the West Coast Sprint Series — and the most relaxed, fun-focused event of the season. While the racing is still competitive, the real highlight is the Saturday night BBQ, a long-standing tradition known for great food, cold drinks, and plenty of laughs.

This regatta offers a more laid-back format, giving teams a chance to wrap up the series with some spirited racing and even better camaraderie.

The winner takes home the Orca Bowl trophy, and overall West Coast Sprint Series standings are finalized following the event — adding just the right amount of competitive edge to an otherwise festive weekend.
